We require a credit card to book an appointment. We do not charge the card at the time of booking, but will charge 50% of the service fee in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours. If a cancellation fee is unpaid, you will not be allowed to book another appointment until the fee is paid. If booking with Annie, all appointments with her will require a 50% deposit to hold your appointment time. Her grace period is 15 minutes. In the event of a no show the day of your appointment, the remaining 50% of service costs will be charged as a cancellation fee. This means 100% of your service costs will be charged if you no show the day of your appointment because Annie has a young child who requires child care for her to set time in her days to service clients. The only exception to this rule is if YOU contact us prior to 24 hours to your appointment time. If you are a recurring client and cancel 2 appointments in a row, the rest of your scheduled appointments will be canceled. If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel online at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Texts, Emails, DMs, and voicemails do not suffice as a cancellation notice as we may not see your message within the allotted cancellation timeframe. You MUST cancel your appointment online yourself. Our grace period is 15 minutes. If you don’t arrive within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be considered cancelled and will be charged the cancellation fee.
