We require a credit card to book an appointment. We do not charge the card at the time of booking, but will charge 50% of the service fee in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours. The only exception to this rule is if YOU contact us prior to 24 hours to your appointment time. If you are a recurring client and cancel 2 appointments in a row, the rest of your scheduled appointments will be canceled. If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel online at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Texts, Emails, DMs, and voicemails do not suffice as a cancellation notice as we may not see your message within the allotted cancellation timeframe. You MUST cancel your appointment online yourself. Our grace period is 15 minutes. If you don’t arrive within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be considered cancelled and will be charged the cancellation fee.
